What to do when you are in a accident

1. Stay Calm.

Determine the extent of injuries or damage

2. Call the Police.

File an accident report and obtain medical assistance if needed

3. Limit Discussion.

Talk only with the police or your Allstate agent or Claim RepresentativeDon’t admit liability or fault at the scene of the accident

4. Get the Facts.

Write down the names, addresses, phone numbers and insurance companies of  the individuals in the accident and any witnesses. Record the license plate numbers of cars involved. Also, record the extent of  injuries if any were sustained

5. Call your insurance company or your agent ASAP!!
