las vegas used to be a great place to live until the economy went down hill. Now 95% of home owners are upside down with no way out. Vegas has so much to offer with all the shows, concerts, races, etc. if the housing market would stablize some vegans would be a great place to live.

My favorite place to eat is the Charcoal Room located in the Sante Fe hotel and casino. The steaks they serve are delicious!!!

I think Vegas is a good place to live depending on (like Bethany said) age and if you like heat, a lot of it. I like living in a 24 hour town where nothing ever closes except for ice cream places C: Once I turned 21, I was able to see more of why Vegas is attractive to so many. I cant imagine raising my child here though, I need more green, front yards and friendly neighbors.

Las Vegas is a good place to live. I dont know so much about great, but from what we have learned from moving from here to California and back several times is, it is always home! The weather really isnt an issue. It does get hot in the summer for a bit, but compared to how cold it gets in other states in the winter, and what we have, I rather put up with a little, well alot, of heat, instead of fighting blizzards, tornado, earth quake, and snow!
There is several things to choose from for entertainment, and our cost of living isnt quite as high as some of our neighbors are at this point! We call it home, for now:)
