My mother in-law was in a bad accident today, she was hit by a woman who ran a red light. She had to call her insurance company and explain what happened, can you believe this her insurance company was rude to her on the phone. You would think that a company like hers would want to help. If you are ever in an accident call the police and then you agent. She does not have an agent she has a 1-800 number. The moral of the story have insurance company that offers an agent.
